RRC CAMFT Monthly Meeting Via Zoom
Racial Justice and Cultural Competency Panel
Join us via Zoom as we address racial justice and how to become more culturally humble therapists. The panel will include lived experiences of BIPOC in the Shasta County Community, information about implicit bias and how this plays out in mental health, a discussion on how to develop increased awareness about personal bias and how to create safe and appropriate space for people of color in the therapy room. We will engage in a discussion about how to more fully pursue cultural humility in our work with diverse clients and the community.
